I listed as new because the candles have not been burned. I thought if I listed as used, the buyer might assume the candles were partially burned. They have never been burned, only stored in a cupboard. They are, however, preowned. The labels on the bottom of the candles are not pristine and there are a few scratches on the lid of one candle. A few small marks inside bottom of holder which is covered by the candle anyway. Anyway, this is great lot, perfect for Spring or Summer! Tutti Fruitti Jelly Bean and Tutti Fruitti Candy (scented candles made with essential oils). Quality and long lasting candles. A nice lot!
